Is it possible to work towards more than one goal at a time? Yes, it is. For example, let’s say that your priority goal is to get a better job, but you are also having problems in a relationship and want to resolve them. The relationship problem is also addressed because it affects you, but it’s secondary to your priority goal of getting a better job.
Is it necessary to commit to an extended time period to get results? My methods don't require commitments in all areas. Some people need one session for a specific issue or question; others seek a series of sessions to address larger issues or themes in their lives.
How do I structure my time with a Life Coach? Life Coaching be structured on either an hourly basis, or by retaining an amount of time that is spread out over a period of one month, or longer. It allows you to have small increments of time available to you to use for the many issues that come up every week in most lives.
Do I need to have sessions in person? No, most coaching sessions are done by phone. I prefer to meet my clients in person for the initial assessment. At that time we’ll determine together what works best for you.
