Hypnosis

Overview
affirming suggestions and imagery, the subconscious mind can be patterns,
blocks and self-sabotaging behaviors.  With the use of positive, self-affirming
suggestions and imagery, the subconscious mind can be “reprogrammed” to
create new patterns that accelerate and maintain desired results.
results.

When under hypnosis, people experience a deep level of relaxation and
awareness that allows them to be more open to accepting outside
suggestions. People who have clear intentions, understand the process, and
are committed to their goals obtain the best results.

All hypnosis is considered to be self-hypnosis since the person undergoing it
is the one allowing the hypnosis to occur.  When working with a hypnotist
people benefit from the objective perception and advanced skill of a trained
professional to get maximum results.

My Experience as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist
I became a certified clinical hypnotist in 2002.  My clients seek help for a wide
range of issues
, ranging from the more common (e.g. weight loss, sleep
issues, relaxation) to fairly complex and deep-rooted ones (e.g. overcoming
physical trauma, recovering from abuse, dealing with the loss of a loved one).
However, at either end of the range – common or complex – every client is
unique and assessed according to his or her individual needs.  I have a
special interest in release work for trauma.  My work includes children, teens
and adults.
